How to Order
Web: Simply add the products you require to your shopping
basket as you browse the site. When you have all the items you require
simply go to your basket and click on the 'Go to Checkout' button and
fill in your details.
Phone: Or you could simply phone your order through to one of our mail order team
on 01707 274239. We ask that you make a note of the product numbers, description, size and colour
required before telephoning to ensure a fast efficient service.

UK Delivery Charges
Standard: £4.95
You should receive your goods within 2-3 days of placing your order.
Next Day/Express: £12.50
You will receive your goods by 17.30 the day after you place your order (please note that your order must be placed by 13.00 to guarantee next day delivery).

International Orders
The shipping charges for International orders are determined by the
weight of the items you have chosen.
In the Shopping Basket simply select your destination and click on
'select' to be shown the shipping charge and the total order value to
your chosen destination. If you are not happy with the cost of shipping
you have the option of not proceeding with your order.
If you are ordering from a country outside the EC you will also have
VAT(British Sales Tax) removed from your order.

Finding Products
Hold the cursor over the categories in the menu bar to open the departments. Within each
department you will find subcategories. Follow the links to your chosen
departments.
Alternatively - Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for
either specific items (i.e Jackets) or to bring up all the items that we
have from a particular brand. For instance, if you type 'Mountain Horse'
it will return all the items in the Mountain Horse product range from
Boots to Jackets to Jodhpurs.
At the bottom of the page you will find a Brand Index link, allowing you to search
our items by brand, and a Department link, allowing you to view all of the items in a particular department.

Adding To Basket
On this page you can select the exact colour / size you require and click
the 'Add to Basket' button to put it in your basket. Once you have put it in your
basket a confirmation notice will appear, and the basket details at the top of the
page will display the number of items currently in your basket.

Emptying The Basket
Putting an item in your basket does not mean you are committed to buying it.
You can remove any item from your basket at any time. To remove an item click on the 'View Basket' link at the top of the page, which will take you to the basket page. On the basket page you can click in the 'Remove Item' box next to any item in the basket and then click the'Delete' button to remove the item. If you would like to completely empty the basket simply click the 'Select All Items' link and then the 'Delete' button.

Order Login
There are three options on the Order Form Page:
New Customer - If you are a new customer simply enter
your details
Returning Customer - If you are an existing customer
enter your username and password to retrieve your details. You are free
to change any details you like. Please note you will need to re-enter
your credit card details as, for security reasons, we do not store these.
Forgotten Login Information - simply fill in the required
fields and we will immediately email you your login / password details. You are, of couse, quite free to simply create a new account.

Order Form
Here you are able to enter your details. If your shipping address is
the same as your billing address please click on the relevant tab. Please
note - your billing address is the address that your Credit / Debit card
statement is sent to.
When you have entered all your details simply click on the 'Next' button
at the bottom of your screen and you will be taken to your basket. Here
you can view your basket, you can still remove or alter the quantity
of items you have in your basket. You will also be able to see how much
the shipping charge will be and if you are a UK customer you will be able
to select whether you want your item sent by standard or express delivery. Once you
are happy with this simply enter your credit card details and click the 'Process
Order' button. Your information will be securely transmitted to us and you will
be taken to the order acknowledgement page. You will also immediately be sent an email confirming your order.

Shipping
All items on this website are stock items and as such should be available
for immediate despatch. However, occasionally due to stock shortages we
may not have the item in stock. If this is the case we will email you
and advise you on the likely delay. You will of course have the opportunity
to amend or cancel your order.
No charge will be made to your credit card until your goods have been despatched.

International Orders
We are happy to send goods to any destination in the world. Our online
store will automatically allocate a shipping cost based upon the destination
and weight of the items in your basket. It will also remove VAT where
applicable. If you have any queries regarding international shipments
please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns
We offer a full refund (excluding postage and packaging) on any item
returned to us within 14 days, or alternatively you may wish to exchange
any item. Returned items must be received by ourselves before we can action
requests. Unfortunately if the 14 days has elapsed we will not be able
to comply with the above. Goods must be returned in an as new and unused condition to be eligible for a refund (this does not affect your statutory rights). Goods returned under complaint must, without exception, be clean (Health and Safety at work act 1972).
When returning goods, we do recommend that you obtain a certificate of
posting from the Post Office in order that you can claim for loss or damage,
as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid
in transit. Items returned for exchange must be accompanied with a return
postage fee as stated on the order form. Please see Terms and Conditions

be made to maintain the prices indicated in this website, it may not always
be possible, therefore, we reserve the right to discontinue any item on
